The
Winery, graced by a beautiful winery tower now hosting
a panoramic tasting room, has wine-making equipment
allowing the long periods of fermentation required
to extract the best of the grapes’ characteristics.
The
complex has facilities for ageing the wine in oak
casks for a total
capacity exceeding 1,500,000 litres, plus a large
cellar for ageing in
barriques. At
the present time, about 50,000
quintals of grapes are processed, producing more than
2,000,000 bottles of wine, distributed throughout
the regional, national and
international markets. |
