DISTILLATION
This
‘eau de vie’ is obtained from pomace resulting
from the production of Cannonau di Sardegna Josto
Miglior, gently pressed and delivered to the
distillery in the shortest possible time, where it is
distilled in small steam flow stills.
ASPECT
Crystal
clear with hints of silver.
AROMA
Full
and exceptionally elegant, recalling the intense
perfume of grape blossoms.
FLAVOUR
Smooth,
fruity and mellow, evoking exceptionally delicate
sensations.

In
steel vats.
