VARIETY: Cannonau

PRODUCTION AREA: Vineyards in the Jerzu countryside, in the most fertile areas and with older vines with low yields.

TRAINING SYSTEM: Guyot and bush vine

PLANT DENSITY: Over 3,500 per hectare.

HARVEST: The grapes are harvested entirely by hand in the second half of September.

VINIFICATION: The long fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature.

AGEING: In small-capacity French oak barrels for over 6 months.

Grade Alcohol content: 14% vol
