Great wines need lands, climate and men. The position of the farms, located at different altitudes, gets the most out of the land and the climate: from Jerzu at 700 metres above sea level to Cardedu e Tertenia near the sea. The love for the land, the continuous improvement in looking after the vineyards and the constant professional growth of its members ensure a fantastic human contribution. In similar conditions, it's easy to create a division between real quality and temporary trends. The different location of the vineyards is an important aspect because the slopes make different types of production: downstream, there are young and intensive vineyards like Guyot, for example, a small tree with head fruit and maximum productions of 9,000 kilos; while upstream, the production is extensive with less return but great quality and often via the use of old tools such as a plough pulled by oxen.
